What do you mean by billing by usage?
When you subscribe to Furo, you are billed per billing cycle at the base rate per plan. Usage-based billing means that you are billed on a monthly basis based on your monthly excess usage, separate from the base rate.
How do I upgrade (or downgrade) my plan?
For upgrades, you can set it directly from the Furo Dashboard. In case of downgrade, please contact us through the inquiry channel (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will support you quickly.
